HKU 100 Tram Tour with PHBA

Volunteered in a Tram Tour with PHBA (an organization for the mentally disabled) and really enjoy it and didnt regret for joining after 2 days of Oxfam Trailwalker volunteering (which means no sleep for 2 days).

Happy to spend time with them. and back to the basic.. they are easily satisfied. just a packet of biscuits can make them happy for whole day..

I wish I can visit this organization more often after exam.

Done another AW. Being Facilitator for the 3rd time was another new experience to me.
As what I shared in AW, I knew that they are giving me more chances and training me to be better. Partner with Jasper (who is new to Facilitator but a very analytical guy) it's a great great experience.
They used to arranged some experience people in my team is I am new in taking up the role. But this time was different. All of us are new but it do create synergy.
I love the combination very much, from facilitators, assessors or I could say I am lucky to have a good team.

Like what everyone is saying in AW, we keep learning. Be open to accept anything. =P
