challenging my limit

wat a exhausted o camp.

it's more tiring than last year.

probably there r too many details that we have to concern.

e-meeting after every nite's group sharing.

ard 2 hrs sleep time every nite.

sleep at 5am and woke up at 7am.

well.. it's a great experience but it's really challenging my limit.

took half day off to sleep n replenish.

but i m still tired now.

headed for beach party and bbq later.

have fun!!

what a ridiculous email.

Dear student,

This is to inform that the offer for Starr Hall residence 2010-11 to you would be classified as automatically withdrawn as we have not received your acceptance of offer by the due date of 15 June 2010. Your hall place would be transferred to those on waiting list.

If you still want to accept the offer but could not collect hall admission documents in person, please send the reservation letter by e-mail (starr@hkusua.hku.hk) or fax (fax no.: 31582955), or authorize a third party to bring the reservation letter to our Hall Office on or before 24 June 2010, 5:00pm. for reserving the offer for you. The reservation letter must indicate the date on which you would reconfirm the admission offer with our Hall Office.

Even though you have submitted documents or reservation letter before 24 June 2010, a late submission charge of $10 per day would be added unto you. The charge would be counted from 17 June 2010 until the date that your registration is completed.

Please refer to the attached notice of successful applicants for your reference. Thank you.

can u see how ridiculous it is?
i didnt receive any notice from them and this is the 1st email since i left Starr Hall on 26/5.
then how can i submit all the docs when i m in Malaysia.
and they are giving penalty on me when they sent this warning email and the successful list to me at the same time, in the same email.
really ridiculous.

n this is wat i replied them.

To whom it may concern,
For your information, i did not receive any notice on accepting the offer letter and i'm currently in Malaysia as i'm an international student.
It will be unreasonable if i have to pay on the penalty and classified as automatically withdrawn.

I can provide all the documents required online.

Please advise the procedure on this matter.

we lost in the badminton games. but i m proud of you..

i dun have any proper practice but still able to play wif them

well... happy to know tat.. i ll work harder.. haha!!

btw.. v won the basketball match tis evening..

Starr VS Wei Lun

ok... 1st.. let me explain.. the Wei Lun at the title is not chew wei lun.. ok? it's a hall's name- called wei lun hall... n obviously i m from starr hall... well... played basketball match against wei lun hall.. n we won!!! v didnt play very well... not in form... but then.. v still won. v know v have more to improve.. so let's work hard and enter champ fight!!

oh well, i m no.19.. =p

we WON

Starr Hall won the men's basketball 3rd fight against st john college. v lost 1 point to them last year in the champion fight. well.. v got it back tis year although not champion but still WELL DONE EVERY1!!

3rd HTD

it's the 3rd HTD and it's the last HTD for this semester.
had better food this time. coz it's at loke yew hall.
everything went as usual - speech from guest, ppl studying during the speech, dinner, pics, warden's 2 words, floor meeting... every time ll have the same procedure. just tat diff clothes, diff food but same ppl, same flow. =p

this is wat i have been doing n will be doing.we (sunny n i) are pub to be the star of Starr hall for our unit (it's part of the Starr Festival). cant really imagine me doing this... the character ll last for a week but the memories ll last forever.. oh gosh!!
realised that i have been doing all crazy things after entering Starr Hall...

well, joined the ISN (international student network) for mid autumn festival celebration. i didnt know anything about the function, just went down for it as my fren asked me to do so.
