疯狂血拼

买呀买呀，今天买了好多东西哟！！

先到ss2 core zone买了expedition的东西，然后到我和姐都超喜欢的100 yen shop。在那儿呆了好久。可是并不是因为买太多，而是在等我姐放工呀。我看那店的员工都想把我赶走呀。天呀，你可否想象我在那一间店呆了快３个小时吖。该买的都买了，该欣赏的都欣赏了，该研究的也都全研究了。你说店员有什么想法呀？是不是想把我赶走呢？但，我还是成功呆在那儿咯。。我实行了活在自我政策，完全不理会任何人呀！！嘻嘻！！
漫长的３小时过了，姐终于到了。两伙子到1U开始为衣橱添货。今天心情好，选到的衣服都合我心意。全买了。哈哈！我看妈明天看到帐单一定会把我宰了！！（幸好明天不在家 ＝p）
晚餐在sushi zanmai享用。吃寿司，吃拉面，吃牛肉，吃甜品，肚子饱，心情更好（嘿，还压韵呢，不错嘛！！）吃饱了，当然是继续努力呀！！但过后就收敛一点了。买了两件衣。反正３个月没得shopping，只好现在买咯。不然回来就没新衣穿，再加上圣诞，当然要穿新衣，和姐妹团去日本自助餐更不能少了些打扮，总要点诚意嘛！！（借口，借口。。可你奈我如何？）
逛到大家都打烊了，我们才依依不舍踏上归途呀！！

【顏色】
黑色
腸內老舊廢物的腐敗所引起，或者是消化器官有出血情況。

紅色
大腸或肛門可能有出血情形。

咖啡色
攝取過多肉類等蛋白質食物。

黃色/黃褐色
如果形狀跟量都正常，表示腸內的好菌很多，是理想的腸內環境。

綠色
可能受藥物或食品影響，只要亮跟形狀還正常，就不必擔心。

灰白色
可能是因肝臟、胰臟、膽囊等毛病而引起的消化不良。喝胃部檢查時使用的顯影劑也會出現這種顏色。




【形狀】
水樣狀
含90%以上水分的腹瀉狀態，顏色除黃色及咖啡色之外的都須注意，特別是紅色糞便時，請立即就醫。

泥狀
水分90%左右的腹瀉，跟水樣糞便一樣，要注意顏色。

霜淇淋狀
含80%的水分，只要顏色及氣味沒有異常，應屬健康。

香蕉狀
70%的水分，有點軟，只要稍微出力就可以排泄出。

塊狀
含水分60%以下，如兔子糞便，有點便秘的情形。如顏色跟氣味異常，則可能是生病了。




【氣味】
強烈臭味
具刺激性的惡臭，是壞菌大量繁殖的證據。但吃大蒜等氣味較重的蔬菜，也可能有強烈氣味的產生。

還能接受
只要是自己可以忍受的程度，就表示腸內環境還算良好。




【量】
少於1條且少於100g
膳食纖維攝取太少，所以沒有足夠的食物殘渣可以排出。

約2條且在200g左右
剛好的量

2-3條且在100-300g間
攝取足夠的膳食纖維，非常的健康。但還是要注意顏色及形狀有無異常。

停电 可恶

昨晚突然停，真是太可恶了。害我整晚失眠。

went to starhill wif my sis coz she had an interview session at B n O. a new place for me.. had a SITTING tour while waiting for my sis... so wat kind of tour is tat? ok.. there r many sofas wif diff design in starhill... so i managed to sit on each design n took photos for some of those. tak boleh asyik take pics la.. too obvious di.. ada guard, ada shopkeeper, ada orang pass by... n enjoyed playing psp too...




then went to pavilion for lunch. ate korean beef rice n taiwan pearl bubble tea. went forever 21 for an hour of shopping then followed by FOS in sungai wang... went there for a while only coz takut sesak when going back... actually wanna buy sum stuff for mummy.. but too bad.. tak ada yang sesuai. wanna buy egg tart tapi tak nampak kedai.. saw ppl holding nia...


ok.. although didnt get myself anything, still quite happy shopping wif sis coz long time didnt shop wif her di.. n i'm leaving soon...the next shopping will be after 3 months??

pinruh's sent off

i was in the airport wif yen yeen's n family at 1am. so wat r v planning to do then? ok.. v planned to giv pinruh a surprise. she will be leaving to london for studies. but wat.. she checked in di when v reached there.. aiks.. but v didnt know until v called her.. n she thought v were just kidding... ok.. although v didnt meet her, v took sum pics for her (to prove tat v really went there =p)

had a great dinner wif my family n relatives.. v seldom meet unless chinese new year or during some big occasion like wedding dinner.. but v r able to meet up tis time.. really happy having dinner wif them.. v chit chated, enjoyed the scrumptious dishes, drank red wine (u ll c wat happened to me after drinking)... in short --> HAPPY (although i was busy wif the race in the morning)

tis sat will be the race day... everything is perfectly prepared.. but less participants now... i hav been preparing n planning for so long.. but the respond is still bad.. i can say.. so how?? wat should i do to grab my ppl??? very tension here... i dun wanna pour my effort into water.. but i hav cracked my head to find participants... exam is going on in TARC, mooncake festival falls on tis weekend.. ppl need to balik kampung.. my frens said tis event is interesting.. should get many participation... but 2 more days to go... i'm a bit worried now.. =(
