went for quite a regular jog recently. thx to my jog buddy, Gloria. exploring different route near our place. love to jog when it sweats and breath like no one else.
went for a 5km jog on typhoon day and 4km this morning to cyberport.
but one thing i need to admit.. i m old... my legs are kinda separated from my body.
played for inter faculty badminton yesterday's evening and judo practice at night. and got cramp during judo practice. and i knew.. not a good sign.
and can feel the difference this morning when i got up and even more when i started to jog. cant jog fast and it's killing me when i run up the slope...
well.. need to jog more to train up my muscle now..
probably.. i need to go to gym to take up some weight training..
