went hiking wif lydia n maggie. normally will go hiking wif them every sun. but since today is a public holiday, v went for another hike. love tis place. it's from causeway bay(park view) to quarray bay. nice view and let's c wat i saw there... u ll b amazed!
lastly presenting tis useful tool for stretching. simple but cool invention. it's call hurdle stretch.
