remebered i said my room got seaview?? tis is the nite view from my room.. but tis is not the best.. got even better view on higher floor like 20 floor.. fantastic i tell u...

n let me briefly tell u wat i did.. went to immigration.. but cant do my hkid.. the immigration in airport overlooked my passport.. didnt c the student visa n labelled me as visitor.. so they suggested me to go macau n enter hk again.. hmm... i was thinking to go shenzhen.. =p

n of course i wont waste my time n effort for going to wanchai. i settle my laptop payment.. went around looking for best n cheap phone operator... n i got it.. bought my hp finally.. nokia5800 for hkd788.. i think it worth it.. then bought blazer.. as i dun have a plain black blazer wif me previously.. n coincidently walk till tram station.. n the tram is towards my place.. so took a pleasure time on it... n her's some photos i took during the ride..

hall o over - here come the unit o

the hall orietation has over but the spirit of orientation continues.
having unit orientation this thurs n fri and also next mon till sat
for those who dun understand wat unit is, let me explain:
a unit is formed by a male floor n female floor: ie 6th floor (male) n 7th floor(female)
n tis is my unit... i'm in 7th floor
so each unit ll have their own orientation activities as each unit has their own culture.
so far i like my floor. the unit mate r nice, orientation activities r good - not that harsh. (i heard that some of the unit o r harsh... like in jail.. =p)

surprisingly.. my unit has lots of non locals - taiwan, fujian but stay in australia, canadian but studied in usa, korean, jamaica, usa, china, india n of course me - the MALAYSIAN
but all of us mixed well
had a unit dinner (of 40ppl) on thurs n ice breaking games on thurs and da bin lo(308 - ur favorite!!) yesterday

i think everything will go smoothly after all. slowly in the track of uni now.. really need a good time management.


**for ppl wondering y i can on9... i borrow my fren's laptop until i got my own as she got her new 1.. i gonna get 1 but i think can only collect in october... so guys.. just buzz me whenever u r free.. =p


(thinking if going for uni team basketball selection on mon - thought it will b busy so dun wanna commit too much but it seems like i got the control of time.. hmm... n also badminton uni team selection on 16/9 .. the fact is i ll surely join the hall badminton team n basketball team.. training has not started so dun really can estimate my study time. anyway.. i got some plans for me to cope well in both.. hopefully it works)

i overlooked my timetable n missed the class.. so no class today... =p i went into the theatre n realised it was a diff course... hmm.. anyway.. i got the notes from the lecturer.. cool rite? haha

dear all,
i'm safe in hk
arrived in hk airport at hr 1245
everything was ok
the only thing is i was stuck in a closed airplane for 1 hr without aircond n it was not flying at all
then after ppl's complains, the captain asked us to go back to waiting room while waiting for the engineer to repair the plane.
hmm.. as vincent said: this is just the beginning of my journey, gave me a remarkable memories, everything ll turn out better after all
ok.. well
n i finally departed at 0900 (which is 2 hrs late - y airasia always delay nowadays?)
reached airport - found the airport express ticket station - bought ticket n ride on the train
i know every1 ll b wondering how can i travel wif all those stuff
ok.. let me compliment hk's system
i just need to bring the trolley till the door of the train
then carry everything to the train
n when i reached, there is trolley standby at the door
the staff helped me to bring them up to the trolley
n all the way to the taxi
yes.. it's really convenient

registered myself to the hall
got my room
n unpack everything
but i tell u
i found out that the room has no fan
n the weather is terribly hot
sweating PERFECTLY in my room
then i went down to buy aircond credit card (sounds high tech rite? i need to buy the card, then insert it to the card reader n choose how long i want the air cond to b on.. phew)

went to uni to register
but this time is not that smooth
cant find where to register
n office closing at 5pm
n i went out at 4 sumthing
went to student union, they said not here
student office - not
CEDARS - no as well
departmet of stats n actuarial science

but i did get a lot of help from the ppl there
the dept staff allow me to on9 to check out wat i received from HKU
but it didnt work
coz the file cant be read
n it was 6pm di
so in the end i didnt get to register n headed back to hall
n tis was the time i lost in uni
fyi - HKU is really big
there is 2 entrance - east n west
i try to find my way to the west gate coz is nearer to my hall
then i walked n walked n walked
n in the end back to the same spot
so i just went out from east gate n walked back to my hall == (sweating like hell)
back to room
still hot
bath
then aircond time
n followed by dinner (coz mum kept calling to ask me to eat)
got to on9 for a while
n i found out that my pantry (so called common room) has aircond n tv
means tat i dun need to waste my aircond credit to enjoy aircond
so i went it
switched on both of the aircond
n of course tv
n it's TVB time
watched all the dramas which is on ASTRO ON DEMAND
n get to watch for free =p
then slept back to room at 10.30pm (my room is just opposite the pantry)

woke up at 6.30am tis morning
u might b wondering y so early
coz it's really really bright n i thought it's already 9am
again bath, breakfast n tv
then went to uni for registration
n this time i succeeded
didnt get lost
everything settled
n i think i m getting my way to know the route n building in HKU

select course n timetable
n now going for health talk

BALI attack

ok.. here's some update from BALI. yes. i'm back from BALI wif sis, mum n JUSTIN... took lots of pics of JUSTIN.. my mum is jealous now.. hahaha...

was caught in denpasar airport yesterday coz the flight delayed.. n delayed for 2 n a half hr... reached home 4am n went for work tis morning.. great effort of me ya...

i'm back from melaka n became louis koo di.. so tanned... but i loved it... =p
really happy to hear that every1 enjoyed it n rated it as a successful trip. coz i was the 1 who planned it.. made booking... n mayb bcoz tis is the last trip b4 i fly off to hk... so i m worried of regretion (does tis word exist??)
but seems like every1 enjoyed it.. n i 'm relieve now...
i do enjoy myself.. food (cendol, laksa....), endless walking tour, haji kamal... lots of great memories.. n i found out that melaka is a real polite town.. berbudi bahasa... "you wen hua"...

sungai sendat + family dinner

went to sungai sendat wif my colleague.. it was a tough time to get there.. hafiz came to my house at 8.30am.. then v went to wangsa maju for breakfast.. spent some time there waiting for others.. but they were not ready by 9.30am (which suppose to meet at that time), then v left to ulu yam so tat they can meet us there... waited n waited n waited... n spent all my time waiting.. n hafiz told me if the journey to sungai sendat has KPI, then "mungkin boleh buang kerja dah"
for ur info... KPI means the rate that they uses to rate a employee, it's the workload divide by the time u worked.. if ur KPI is very low.. means u r actually not working n eventually slacking...

ok.. n finally they appeared around 11 sumthing.. near to 12pm
n reached there safely.. found our spot. the guys started the fire n cooked chicken for us.
n of course v went to the waterfall to mandi sungai, makan makan n mandi+ kecoh again.. n i slided + jumped from the waterfall which is so cool n some of the guys were not dare to do it... =p (ok.. it's LUYING.. so she ll always do tat without hesitating)

had a great day... n had dinner wif aunt. coz i m leaving soon(n i m too busy too have dinner on another day).. so she wanna have dinner wif me. simple but happy dinner.. n got to meet my little cute cousins.. n taking care of them is really a tough task.. (it's so tiring =p)

July MM + Birthday Celebration

it's MM today.
not mountain marathon but monthly meet.
i think i have missed lots of monthly meet since i joined raleigh in year 2007
n started to be active after expedition (or partially bcoz my sis is the committee.. so sumtimes i m forced to go ?? hahah)
i think expedition really changed a person's view towards raleigh.. i m not sure if others ll feel the same but it's true for me
i really started to love raleigh more after expedition.. even better after rimm
wif all those of fun i had.. really really love it!!

oh yes.. the main part of the day was TARP-ED

yes.. it's the tarp from iw.. it's already 1 month..
my house was like after war...

n as the beginning of my 20 years old - i told my team leader regarding my resignation. n good enough, my team leader n my boss supported me for my acceptance of hku. they didnt say anything negative on my further studies. n surprisingly my boss was promoting actuarial science to my team members. saying how good is actuarial science, wat's the job scoop, how tough to get into tis field, how tough to get into hku. hmm... yea.. thx to my boss - joanna. b4 tis she did offer me to work part time in etiqa after i entered uni... but i rejected since i m going overseas. yea, i know every1 is taking good care of me n i know i m the fortunate 1.

i thought i dun fancy robotic movie

but this prove that i m wrong

went movie wif my colleague

suppose to meet agnes after work but she was not free at the very last minute

n i was in my colleague's car

so i just change my plan n follow them to the cineleisure

the cinema was full

v got the 3rd row from screen

it's a bit near but i think it worth it

2 hrs n 30 mins movie

i was afraid tat i will fall asleep when i 1st went in

coz it's really tiring

v bought the 9.15pm ticket

so by the end f the movie will be 12am

but once again

i would like to say it's a great movie that u shouldnt miss it
